Get to Know Everyone You Will Find in the Cities
Some of the unique features of Travel Crush are the facts that you learn about each city as you pass through it. Not only do you learn about what makes each location unique, but you also get to meet some extraordinary characters along the way. They will help you discover rich cultures and amazing features that make each city special in its way.
Main Characters
It’s not Travel Crush without Elie and her sidekick, Fennec who will be your guides through the cities. Although, you will meet these other people along the way as they teach you about the wonderful world we live in, help you out with events, or even give you tips as you level up.

Archibald, the Architect
The first character we meet as we play is Archibald, also known as Captain. His mission is to help everyone discover the beauty in the world around us. His wish is to be world-famous and is known to ask if anyone has heard of him.
World Traveler
Archbald has been all over the world and has been awed at all of the amazing things that he has seen. Since he fancies himself as a famous person, he tries what he can to spread that fame. He even wrote a memoir, and his friends celebrated that milestone with a book signing party!
Building the World
As an architect, he strives to create beauty in everything he touches. He is saddened by the state that people have left the world and sent Elie and Fennec to help us travel the world responsibly. Let’s follow in his footsteps and help make the world a better place for everyone.
Elie, the Traveler
Your guide through all the cities, Elie has an adventurous spirit. She points out interesting things about the city you are visiting and alerts you to new things you will find on special levels. She travels with her sidekick, Fennec the Fox, and tries to find fun everywhere she travels.
Hobbies
Elie loves sports and museums, but her favorite hobby is making horrible puns that would put even the worst dad joke to shame!
Fennec the Fox
Elie’s little sidekick, Fennec has two missions in life:
- Eat everything!
- Travel the world.
These are the two things that he does exceptionally well, and will often visit Pepper, the Chef to find out what culinary delights she has cooked up in the kitchen. He and Elie love to exchange banter and even though he thinks Elie’s puns are awful, he wouldn’t change it for the world.
Family Life
Although traveling is his “home away from home”, he does have a family which consists of his mom, dad, and little sister Fendi.
As Fennec travels through the world, he sends postcards to his family home in the desert. They got so inspired by his messages that they decided to travel around the world, too! They are almost always one step ahead of Elie and Fennec and send THEM postcards with hints as to where the next city will be!
However, they do meet up occasionally in a big city to feast and go off on their separate ways.
Family Members
- Fennec’s mom has a popular social media account for her photography. It seems like everyone wants to see the beauty of the world!
- His dad picks up new recipes along the way to encourage the whole family to be adventurous eaters like Fennec.
- Fendi, his sister, would love to be a chef and can often be found in the kitchen while her dad is testing out new recipes.
Lils Star (Blogger)
You will see Lils Star when you first enter a city and then again when you leave. However, she does pop up sometimes in the middle of a city to share some amazing Tripstagram content.
Travel Writer
She goes where her heart (and her work) takes her. She is world-famous and knows it! If she reviews a place, it better be good because her reviews can make or break a place.
Elie and Fennec believe themselves to be her #1 fans, or would it be #1 and #2? They would probably argue about it for weeks, so let’s not bring that up… Anyways, they’ve read every piece of work that Lils Star has written, so much so that they’ve memorized bits of it.
Fun Fact: She often gets Archibald’s name incorrect and once called him “The least famous Arc”!
He didn’t like that, AT ALL!
Pointer – The Macaw
Like Elie, Lils Star also has a sidekick and his name is Pointer. He makes a great assistant and keeps Lils Star on schedule because even though she is a free spirit, she does have a job to do. Pointer is a bit dramatic and thinks everything is ‘epic’, ‘extreme’, or ‘lame’.
Locals
In each city, you will meet some of these locals which will enlighten you about certain aspects of the place you’re visiting. You can find the locals after most levels that end in 5, so keep your eyes open and take a look at each of their Tripstagram content!
- Tip: You can like and share Tripstagram content 5 times to get rewards!
Fauna, the Naturalist
You can find Fauna in any place where nature is present. She hopes to capture all species of plants and animals in photos to create a book named “Nature Rocks”. She is highly respectable of nature, however, and her favorite animal is the tarantula because it is meant to be looked at and NOT handled.
Her catch-phrase is “Oh, SNAP!” but you can also hear her say many idioms and nature cliches
- “That’s the bee’s knees!”
- “The grass is always greener on the other side.”
- “Whoa, Nelly!”
Although she is very smart, she doesn’t often understand Elie’s jokes because she would rather deal with scientific thinking rather than engage in puns.
Tripstagram
If you’re a nature lover, you will want to view Fauna’s Tripstagram. From local animals to scenic parks, she explores it all.
Pepper, the Chef
If there’s one thing that Pepper knows in the world, it is FOOD! She wants everyone to enjoy all the cuisine that the world has to offer and travels everywhere to find unique dishes and ingredients.
“Let’s get cooking!”
Pepper is ready to throw down in the kitchen and hopes you’re prepared to try something new! How about durian today? Don’t be scared, all you have to do is plug your nose and dive right in!
Haute, the Fashionista
Hello, darling! Haute will be delighted to help you put some pieces together for a day around the town. However, if he says “Ooh, that’s a brave look!” you might want to think twice before stepping out the door! He would never, ever say something looks bad since he believes all fashion is good fashion.
Haute is extremely friendly and respectful of nature. He would never wear fur and his best friend is Fauna.
Fun Fact: Haute loves to dance and his favorite dancing partner is Pepsi!
Henri, the Painter
Not famous for painting (yet!), Henri is a perfectionist and will throw out anything he deems unsuitable. Although, he will often run to the recycling center to reclaim it! Despite his desire to create a masterpiece, he cannot find inspiration until he meets a creature that is as self-absorbed as he is: the cat!
- Henri contemplates traveling to paint pictures of cats all over the world!
Pepsi, the Pop Star
Traveling the world to find the best sounds to include in her rap song, Pepsi is a huge personality! She looks for the energy in every place that she visits and if she likes it, she calls it “sweet!” Otherwise, it’s “sour” and not for her.
World Rap
She is writing the world’s greatest rap song by incorporating “phat beats” from places she visits. From the taiko drums in Japan, the sounds of water hitting the rocks in Niagara Falls, or even the Flamenco dancer’s feet in Spain, they will all have their place in her music!
Coach, the Athlete
If he’s not playing sports, then Coach is thinking about them! He wants to learn to play sports from all around the world and even though he’s mighty competitive, he knows he won’t win them all. You will know if he won because he will yell “GOOOOOOAAAAAALLLLLL!!!!!”
- Don’t let anyone else know, but Coach has a tiny bit of a crush on Pepsi!
Furry Pals
Want to play Hide N Seek? You’ve come to the right place because Fauna’s Friends will hide in special levels and you need to break frames to find them! You can find out more about these characters in Blockers in Travel Crush Part 2.
Lumpy, the Dog
Woof! Woof! Have you given Lumpy a treat, yet? He might settle down long enough for you to catch a break.
Nope, he’s back and he wants you to play catch!
Oh, thank goodness, he is now sleeping! Be quiet or he will start all over again!
Purl, the Cat
If you think Purl looks familiar, it might be from a painting of her by the Eiffel Tower! Purl is Henri’s muse and is the only source of inspiration that he has found.
She loves it, though, because Henri pampers her and she has become quite spoiled.
Just like any other cat, she gets her way and will only sleep on the softest of pillows.
Puuuuurrrrrrrrrr.
Fuzzy, the Bunny
Hop hop hop! It’s time to GOOOOOOOO! Quicker now! Let’s ride on a bullet train, then hop into a gondola! Why are you slowing down, come on!!
Fuzzy will go wherever you lead, but you better go fast!
Percy, the Panda
Smart and intelligent, Percy doesn’t want any shenanigans. He would make a great accountant and is always ready to get down to business.
Yackers, the Parrot
Pointer’s bestie, Yackers is all about trivia. If you get him started he might not ever stop filling your mind with wonderful facts!
Yackers: “In fact, did you know:
- The fastest gust of wind ever recorded on Earth was 253 miles per hour.
- Hawaii is the best place to see rainbows.
- Mount Everest is growing! It’s bigger now than when it was measured last.
- Los Angeles is large enough to fit the entire world’s population.”
Yackers! There are important things to be done, see you soon!
Squishy, the Piggy
What’s better than a mud bath? A nice soak in a freshwater lake! Squishy loves to get clean, but even more so, she loves her human friend, Pepper! It’s possible that Pepper won her heart through her stomach, but keep that a secret!
Nutters, the Squirrel
If you see Fauna near a tree, chances are that Nutters is nearby. They are best friends and since Nutters likes to hide nuts all around nature, Fauna likes to be nearby to relax and spend time with her friend.
Bert, the Bear
Have you ever met a bear that eats like it will hibernate the next day? Well, Bert is that kind of bear! Don’t leave your snacks lying around because they will disappear into his belly. Fennec and he have a lot in common, so bring on the food!
Tux, the Penguin
Unlike any other penguin, Tux is dressed to impress! Haute guides him through the fashion choices of the day and they both find new looks to go around the city.
You will oftentimes find them shopping together, and when they’re done it is a true fashion show!
World of Characters
